renotifi sends notices for the organizations you deal with
Clinics, clubs, shops, schools: any organization that keeps people informed can use it. Here's what that means for the message in your inbox.
It's addressed to you alone
Everyone gets their own copy. Your address is never shown to anyone else on the list.
It's easy to leave
Every message ends with an Unsubscribe link, and many mail apps offer a one-click Unsubscribe button for it too.

Sent one by one, at a steady pace, skipping anyone who unsubscribed or whose address no longer works.
Unsubscribe
Leaving a list is quick, and it sticks
- 1Open the link
Choose Unsubscribe at the bottom of the message.
- 2Press the button
The page names the list you're leaving. Nothing changes until you press it.
- 3You're off the list
It stays recorded, even if the sender imports their list again. A message already on its way may still arrive.
Many mail apps show their own Unsubscribe button next to the sender's name. It does all of this in one click.
Sign-ups
Signed up for updates?
Organizations can put a sign-up page on their website. Signing up there takes one extra step, so nobody can add you without you knowing.
- You fill in the form
On the organization's own sign-up page.
- One email asks you to confirm
It comes in the organization's name and holds a confirmation link.
- You confirm, and you're in
Nothing else is sent until you do. Didn't sign up? Ignore the email and you won't be added.

Start with the organization named in the From line. They keep the list, and they can tell you how your address got onto it.
